Company Profile: Central Tool Room and Training Center is a premier institute with state of art technology and modern, advanced computer aided machineries, setup in Bhubaneswar, India, under Bilateral Agreement between Government of India and Government of Denmark. The Main Objectives of Organization is to Designing & Manufacturing of critical Assemblies, Sub- Assemblies, and Components and giving quality Training in the area of Tool Design, CAD, CAM and Tool Manufacturing etc. Our potential Customers are TATA Motors, Aeronautical Development Agency

(ADA), ISRO, Ordinance Factories, Philips, and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL), Etc.

Contract between LPSC (B) / ISRO and CTTC, Spacecraft Propulsion System Component ASSEMBLY & TESTING (SPS-CAT) GOCO Project.

Organization : Liquid Propulsion System Centre, ISRO - Bangalore. RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembly & testing of 04 types of following spacecraft propulsion system components.

Quality testing of fabricated parts

Inventory control for raw material, fabricated parts & standard parts.

Preparation, presentation for approval of inventory status to Raw Material & Standard parts Committee.

Participating in all Assembly & testing activities like Chemical cleaning, Sub-assemblies, EB welding, Thermovacuum, Slam test, Pressure Drop test etc.

Preparation & presentation of monthly work status in group review meeting.

Co-ordination with QA for non-conformances & clearance.

Participation as member in Local salvage committee, pre-dispatch review committee and Joint working team, Joint review Board.

Preparation of Route cards & updating of route cards and Documentation like Delivery document, Technical documents, assembly & testing Process documents.

Involving in inspection of safety precautions at all stages of assembly and testing of satellite components.
