Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Program focuses on the relationship between patient and the primary care provider (PCP) so PCP has a more complete view of patient's health needs and of the care they are receiving from other providers. If the patient has certain health issues, PCP will create an online record of their health needs with specific follow-up activities. Employer Portal in Carefirst is a platform available to employer groups to manage enrollment and Billing transactions for group & members.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Worked as an onsite coordinator for implementing and supporting TIBCO applications.

• Worked in all phases of SDLC such as planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of TIBCO BW applications.

• Participate in a team of technical staffs and with business leads to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in large/complex development projects.

• Designed various XML Schemas, created Queues and Topics as needed in EMS and the mapping documents for the interfaces identified.

• Created WSDL for SOAP services, XPATH transformations and XSLT.

ProcureEdge is a cloud-based tool that helps global organizations to continuously discover and realize value across their Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle through automation. ProcureEdge platform started as a UX layer on top of existing procure to pay products and transitioned into a full blown procure to pay system. The platform brings B2C best practices - one search & simplified shopping to enable seamless procurement linking all the key stakeholders such as employees, approvers, buyers, suppliers, accounts payable and payment partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong IT experience in all phases of SDLC such as planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of TIBCO BW applications.

• Led a team of 4 members while implementing TIBCO BW interfaces for ProcureEdge tool.

• Mentored and guided my team members ensuring all were trained in product knowledge and capable of performing assigned tasks.
