- Send out-going letters to the main contractor, consultant and government institution which needs approval of the technical Documents.

- Prepare transmittal sheet for technical documents like material submittal, material inspection request, work inspection request and drawing approval request.

- Keeping project documents organized, safe and backed-up.

- Keeping track of all project documents like plans, shop drawings and document submittals.

- Make daily report of MEP work progress and manpower submitted to the main contractor.

- Scan and print documents for distribution and filing.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

- Main contact person on site to coordinate with MEP Engineers and Mall coordinator for any MEP maintenance concern.

- Daily monitoring and implementation of the schedule for MEP maintenance job for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- Daily monitoring on normal operation of MEP equipment systems on site.

- Check and monitor attendance of technicians assigned on site.

- Perform monthly testing with the MEP Engineer such as, Fire Alarm testing, ATS testing of back-up generator and Firefighting pump testing.

- Submit monthly reports of consumable materials, testing reports and time sheets of the site technicians.

- Fire Alarm interfacing for all equipment required such as AHU, smoke exhaust fans, fire pumps, shutter doors, sliding doors, lifts.

- Monitor Fire Alarm Panel at all times.

- Basic knowledge in Planar Hull modelling.
