1991-2018 Key Roles and Responsibilities as

Senior Projects Manager- Trojan General Contracting:

PLANNING

Study all project documentation and Contract.

In co-ordination with the Senior Project Management, assign a Project Team.

Determine construction phases regarding time and budget, labour and material requirements.

Track, follow up and accomplish Project milestones and deliverables.

TECHNCIAL

Compile execution documentation to obtain approval from Client, Client Management and Consultant.

Appoint Sub-contractors as required.

Obtain all permits/approvals and documentation as required by Local Government.

CONSTRUCTION

Determine all resources regarding material and equipment.

In co-ordination with Project Team, implement documentation in/out system.

Conduct a meeting with the Management Team to explain and discuss the project plan and assign duties, determine meeting schedules, reporting system and communication routine.

Conduct and chair meetings with Project Team, Sr. Management, Sub-contractors, Consultant, Client and Client Management to discuss technical and commercial issues.

Ongoing risk management throughout the site, assessment of quality, safety and budget.

Implement verifications, alterations of plans and study claims to money/time.

Attending meetings with Consultant/Project Management with regard to progress, quality & safety for the project. Taking any necessary steps to address requests made as a result of such meetings.

Signing all letters, correspondence and other communications issued from the project.

SAFETY

Ensure that HSE Plan for the project is effectively implemented and followed.

Responsible to attend Client's HSE Meetings and to implement all outcome of this meeting in his site.

Conduct site visit frequently and monitor safety aspect at the project during the visits.

Investigate all accidents with the help of Safety Manager/Safety Officer to establish causes and remedial measures to prevent re-occurrence.

Give strict instructions to all sub-contractors to demonstrate their HSE responsibilities mentioned in the Project HSE Plan.

Provide suitable facilities for first-aid and medical assistance. And also for HSE Training activities.

Give all information on safety matters from the Client/Consultant to the site Safety Department.

HAND OVER/DELIVERY

On completion of project obtain sign-off from Local Government Departments.

Handover of project with site committee from Company to Client, Representative and Consultant.

Perform closing out process regarding final payment and one year builder's lien.

Follow up and rectify necessary items over lien period.
