• Growing a dynamic health and human services corporation that includes FQHC/330 [Community Health Center

(CHC), Healthcare for the Homeless (HCH), and Public Housing Primary Care (PHPC)] with a $34MM, 275 staff members, and over 30 funding sources, which includes full wrap around services. This position reports to the Board of Directors.

• Responsible for the strategic vision, direction, and oversight of the corporation by positioning the corporation for the upcoming changes in health care reform; grows and develops the agency to be a leader in community health care.

• Leads senior management staff in strategic positioning and growth demonstrates and ensures sound financial, budgeting; creates and leads a fundraising plan that includes raising at least $650,000

• Ensures provision of high quality through its three Joint Commission accreditations for Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health and Home Care including Patient Centered Medical Home certification.

• Emphasizes customer- oriented services through effective quality improvement strategies; assist with Board recruitment and development of its members on organizational strategies; and develops collaborations with other public/private initiatives to advance the health center’s mission. Milestones and Successes:

• Transformed the corporation from a single focused social service agency to a multiservice/multisite corporation with multiple revenue generating and sustainable business lines.

• Increased revenues from $650,000 (1998) to $34MM (2019).

• Secured Three Section 330 Designations for the Health Center from 2009 to 2013 (Community Health Center, Public Housing Primary Care, and Healthcare for the Homeless).

• Developed the strategy, organizational architecture, and lead the charge to achieve Ambulatory Care and Behavioral Health accreditations from Joint Commission (2005), Home Care (2017) and Patient Centered Medical Home certifications from Joint Commission (2011) and National Center for Quality Assurance (2012).
