Manage all functions of the Corporate FP&A team, including variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, strategy and reporting for Corporate departments.

Partner with VPs and Directors of corporate departments to evaluate prior financial results as well as current and future strategies in order to optimize business performance.

Develop and analyze consolidated views of the company’s lines of business (LOBs) to determine profitability for each segment, from the view of each property as well as the enterprise as a whole.

Collaborate with the corporate departments and Finance Shared Services to ensure the accuracy of monthly and quarterly financial statements.

Oversaw The Park achieving profitability within 3 years of opening.

Developed budgets and forecasts as well as detailed explanations for variances between Actual results and both Prior Year and Budget for all Park departments and the NYNY Casino Division.
