Summary

Employed as General Manager with American General Construction which is a commercial construction company, specializing in commercial build-outs and renovations. For the past 25 years, I have been involved in the commercial construction trades, first as a painting contractor and for the past 12 years as a g/c. Since this business was located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I currently live here, I am looking for a comparable position with a similar style of firm to continue building new business and renovating old.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with all trades and have coordinated between employee and sub-contractor to provide a continuous work flow for the purpose of finishing projects both on time and within budget constraints.

My skill set includes construction management, project management, project sales, Superintendent, carpentry, tile, painting, rough plumbing, rough and finish electrical and design.

I have worked in the public and private sector in both high end residential and commercial building.

American General Construction was a co-winner of the Mayor’s award for best use of an historical building with our remodel of an early 1940’s garage into an internet café and coffee bar.

I am comfortable negotiating contracts with government and private sectors and bridging gaps between trades to provide consistent work flow.
