Performing 4G/5G network optimization for New England and UPSTATE NY markets.

Involved in RF and system level testing activities which includes planning, execution and reporting.

Post processed cluster drive logs & ATP logs using tools like X-CAP & WindCatcher to generate performance reports.

Performed Link budget analysis, model tuning, capacity and traffic forecasting for network design.

Resolved issues like call muting, high packet loss rate and degraded MOS.

Performed network KPI extensive analysis and suggested required parameter changes to improve overall performance.

Created multiple KPI reports to identify and resolve missing neighbors, poor coverage, drop calls, call setup failure and Data Throughput.
