To whom it may concern,

I am seeking a position as an Administrative Assistant or O ce Assistant (full-time) that can

help me keep learning and growing in my eld of work at the same time that I can contribute

from my experience to the growth of your organization.

I am a fast learner, consistent and hardworking individual.

At Inbursa Financial Group I got exposed to sales by engaging potential clients, elaborating

contracts and sales tracking for the clients and closing loan deals at least twice a week . In my

time at Crocsa Corporation I learned to work under pressure and obtained experience in time

and sta management. ese qualities were useful for me in the elaboration of contracts and

payroll as well as for the purchase of materials that were required for the daily operation of the

department. Time and sta management where essential at the time of payroll which consisted

about 150 people, including subcontractors and advisors, as well as bonuses or compensation.

As I worked in Roga Group, I was able to gain experience in qualities such as problem solving,

adaptability and team work. Every time a new branch was opened, I needed to adapt to setbacks

when collecting information or requiring support from colleagues and people outside the

organization, such as banks and telecommunication companies. In regards of this matter, I had

to generate accounting accounts to identify each branch expense and income to be added into

the company’s system.

I believe that by having these qualities I can be a valuable asset to your organization and at the

same time I can learn from new challenges.

I am currently living in Los Angeles. I’m a Mexican citizen seeking for a permit to legally work

in the U.S. I am uent in English and Spanish (native).
