Handled all sales and training aspects of Niton XRF analyzers in the Northeast. Our products ranged from lead paint, soil and mining analysis to industrial and scrap metal alloy analysis. Working heavily with aerospace, military, Industrial, medical and metal fabrication industry. My territory lead the company in sales from 2009-2012 with over $2 million in sales per year. Other aspects of my job included hardware and software training, radiation safety training and running classes on product training.

2000-2005 Northeast Regional Manager Ametek Automation & Process Technology Clawson,MI.

Managed sales of linear motion products for automation in all of New England,NY,NJ,PA,MD,DE and part of Canada. I was responsible for both direct sales and setting up distribution and working with and training distributor personnel. We were an integral part of the Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation platform as we not only made linear motion products but we also manufactured control cards for the PLC system. Duties included direct sales to large OEM’s, distributor sales and inventory control and product training. 1

Controls and Automation sales specialist.

We were the sole Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation distributor in CT. I was responsible for western CT. sales and built a territory from $1 million in sales to over $8 million when I left after being recruited by Ametek. Job functions included sales of controls, relays, sensors, motion control products (servo, stepper, linear motion), drives, PLC’s and all related and complimentary products. I trained and also supervised training.

1981-1985 Starbuck Sprague Waterbury,CT.

Industrial control specialist. I was the sole industrial control sales person for the Allen Bradley automation line until recruitment by HESCO when Starbuck lost the line.
