Main responsibility included managing inventory and procurement of products. Created processes to reduce the number of buyers by 2 while reducing inventory by $4 million. This was done by working with the manufacturers on movement of obsolete inventory, streamlining delivery processes, and reducing overstock. Superior Distribution was then purchased by Gustave Larson.
