• Delivered Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Sales Force automation and other industry specific solutions for FMCG organizations (Akij, SQ Group, Popular Pharmaceuticals, etc.).

• Project managed Product Developer team to effectively code, design and deploy WEgo and WEST. Implementation immediately proved to raise productivity and operational efficiency of target user’s deliverables.

• Lead WE Product Development team, as Head of Product to design, develop and deploy 30+ smartphone models. Which also included the only official Tri-Branded (Co-Branded) Smartphone (A10B from aamra smart solutions), in Bangladesh. Concerns included - aamra holdings limited, Microsoft and Banglalink.

• Successfully designed and directed development of Unified Operational Management Portal (UOMP). UOMP targets to improve operational efficiency and productivity by reducing operational dependencies between departments and or teams. UOMP goal is to streamline and automate unique organizational processes. Methodically studying options and expand applications of portal deigns for any given industry

(or any given individual organization) after carefully identifying and aim to eliminate bottle necks affecting performance and productivity.

• Successfully served as Product Manager for Samsung Digital Imaging products, SIEL (Bangladesh Branch Office). Designed and executed well planned distribution, sales modality and marketing to clear substantial aging stocks. Also, operated and managed well under allocated budget for Bangladesh Market.
