Convert the exising Main Frame application into JAVA web based system. This migration project converts all of the features in main frame Juvenile Domestic Relation application to web based Juvenile Change Management System.

JCMS:

The user interface caters cases relating to Civil, Delinquency, Adult/Criminal and Adult/Support. It also hosts forms, reports and administration required by the users in the Court.

Forms:

The Forms are integrated into the JDR system so that court clerk will log into one resource in order to access information on a case, update case information, generate a form, or perform any other JDR procedure.

These Court Performance Measures are designed to help juvenile courts establish baseline practices; diagnose areas in need of improvement; and use the information to make improvements, track efforts, and identify, document and replicate positive results

T-mobile in Richmond works on the Rate Plan Change feature of the billing system. Amdocs provides test support for this billing interface (Quick View). Quick View is the application used by all the call centers and Retail stores Nationwide. In QV we can add the subscriber,suspend the subscriber,add new price plan or change the price plan.we can use it to make the pool account to non pool or non pool to pool. We also used QV for Prepaid Customers and the whole work flows for Prepaid and post paid customers.

Worked in agile. Created test cases in Quality Center as per the stories in JAD session.

Fannie Mae (IR2 - Home Affortability Mortgage Program):

The Homeowner Affordability Mortgage Program (HAMP) is part of the President's broad,comprehensive strategy to get the economy back on track. Fannie Mae shall put into production to implement the record keeping and paying agent component of this plan.

This system shall consist of a replica of Fannie Mae's servicing system to allow for data collection and transfer

to this new system. It is important that the work Fannie Mae performs on behalf of the government as Program Administrator is recorded in systems that are separate and distinct from other applications that transact Fannie Mae business.

Reports - The purpose of the reports generated for Treasury to understand the progress of HAMP program. There are 3 types of reports Operations Front End reports (OFE), Operations Back End reports (OBE) & Program Management Effectiveness (PME) reports.

Outbounds - The purpose of the interface files is to provide user interface specific data to Treasury. The treasury uses this information for planning and implementation of the HAMP program.

Borrower NPV Portal:

Is a NPV online mortgage calculator, based on Treasury’s NPV methodology for the HAMP Program. This calculator can provide the users with a “determination” of whether their mortgage would be “accepted or rejected” for a HAMP modification when user is imminent default or delinquent.

Created test plans as per new releases. Uploaded these to Clear Case based on the Build/Release.

Interacted with business for requirement clarification. Created test cases as as per the functional requirements in Quality Center.
