● Troubleshot applications through Microsoft SQL Server 2017. The applications span from job application form collections that were scripted in Microsoft SQL Server along with visual basic scripts. Our team would either be left to fix the code ourselves or push to development. A lot of the time we would fix ourselves instead of sending it to development due to the development team being busy with other projects.
● Resolved, properly escalated, and created problem notification if there were any internal and external issues to the company through the ticketing system known as Cherwell. Corresponded with the business and operations team through problem notifications in Cherwell when ever faced with any external or internal production issues.
