• Determined the scope of work from the given tender drawings / specifications.

• Calculated the total tonnage of structural steel works, like car park, canopies, warehouses etc. and analyzed the fabrication and installation costs of the required scope.

• Assisted with the development and documentation of estimating procedures.

• Attended technical site meeting with client when required for future & past estimates.

• Maintained good relationship with the supplier & subcontractor so that they can be used as an assist for a long term.
