BREIF ABOUT THE PROJECT:

5 Residential Buildings Bin Mahmoud - Ministry of AWQAF

Location : Bin Mahmoud

Scope of work : 5 Residential Buildings

Total Plot Area : 3,412 sq.m.

Total Built Up Area : 17,837.24 sq.m.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities included safety meetings and site walk through Inspection of fire and safety equipments; Heavy duty Machinery Inspection (cranes,web slings); Leading a small cross-functional team to establish standards and ensure that potential hazards are identified,understood and controlled.

Making sure that approved site HSE Policy is being communicated to all workers on the job site for compliance.

Implementing safety procedures as per HSE plan.

Preparing all site Reports (Weekly & Monthly) & forwarding to the Area HSE manager.

Identifying probable risks.

DESIGN BUILT METRO CONSTRUCTION - GOLD LINE WITH 10 UNDERGROUND STATIONS CONTRACT VALUE 4,4 BILLION USD

BREIF ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The project includes 32-km of bore tunnelling with a diameter of six metres, tunnelling lined with approximately 128,000 segments, six tunnel boring machines (TBMs) utilized simultaneously.

13 underground stations fitted out with high-end finishes.

State of the art mechanical, engineering and plumbing (MEP) systems.

2.5 million Cubic metres of excavations for the stations and one million cubic meters of concreting.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Management to comply with the prevailing GCC HSE local regulations, QCS 2010 & 14 and international standards requirements like OHSAS 18001 etc.

Ensuring that HSE Standards & Procedure are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSE Management Plans.
