My responsibilities were requirements elicitation, functional scope setting, functionality implementation, Proof of Concept, Key User Training, End User Training, Go Live support and Post Go Live support. The implementation happened during April 2018 to January 2019.

FLSmidth S.A.C – A Peru based customer services organization part of FLSmidth group with revenues of about 20 Bn. DKK in 2019, specializing in mine operations and mineral processing methods.

I was responsible for Projects module, Purchase module and Inventory module. My responsibilities included requirements elicitation, functional scope setting, functionality implementation, Proof of Concept, Key User Training, End User Training, Go Live support and Post Go Live support. The implementation happened during May 2017 to February 2018.

FLSmidth Airtech – A Denmark based manufacturing organization part of FLSmidth group with revenues of about 20 Bn. DKK in 2019, specializing in Air Pollution Control methods and devices.

I was responsible for Projects module and Purchase module. I was responsible for incorporating the necessary changes in the system. I was also responsible for training the Key Users and End Users in both the modules at Copenhagen, Denmark. The implementation happened during April 2016 to December 2016. FLSmidth A/S – A Denmark based global organization with revenues of about 20 Bn. DKK in 2019 and with manufacturing capabilities and technical knowhow in Cement, Minerals and related industries.

I was responsible for the Purchase, Projects and Inventory modules with all related setups in Epicor 9 and Epicor 10 series ERP application. I was also responsible for Data Migration and User training on the relevant modules at their Denmark head- quarters as well as Chennai based plant. The implementation happened during August 2015 to March 2016.

Amazon Papyrus Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. – A Hong Kong based speciality chemical manufacturing organization with operating revenues of about 100 Mn. USD. The Indian operations are held out of Hyderabad.

I was responsible for the entire roll out of materials module at their Hyderabad based plant. The work involved scope setting till post go-live support. The customer engagement happened during March to July 2015.

Precast Technologies Company – A member of Al-Rajhi group of companies with operating revenues of about 60 Mn. USD, PreTech has a major presence in Saudi Arabia in the field of Precast Concrete structures. The structure and its composition varies depending upon the requirements from their customers. I was responsible for setting up Sales and Project Management modules. I have trained their users on the entire process flow from generating the Sales Order to setting up the Project records to setting up Jobs for the manufacturing process and finally shipping the parts to their customers in Epicor 9 series ERP application. The customer engagement happened during August to December 2014.

Mada Gypsum Company – A member of Al-Rajhi group of companies with operating revenues of about 60 Mn. USD, Mada Gypsum is a market leader in Gypsum based products in middle-east and has a major presence in south-east Asian region to African sub-continent.

I was responsible for training the users in day to day manufacturing process, purchase requisition and purchase order processing and inventory management in Epicor 9 series ERP application. The customer engagement happened during August to December 2014.

RSP Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd. – RSP Design Consultants at Bangalore, India is part of the RSP group of Singapore. RSP is an organization that works purely on Project Management functionalities with its cost calculations based on the Time Sheet entry by each team member of the design team. I was responsible for setting up the system with Users and Employees for the use of Projects Management module and the Time and Expense Module. I was also responsible for training the users on Project and Time modules of Epicor 9 series ERP application. The implementation was performed during April to July 2014.

Yemen Airways – A state owned Airline Company with scheduled flights from Sanaa to 39 destinations. Yemen Airways has its own hangar and repair facility at Sanaa airport along with its Warehouses.

I was responsible for conflict resolution and performance audit on Supply Chain Management processes in Ramco Maintenance and Engineering Solutions. The customer engagement was performed during March 2013. Achievements

Have successfully implemented Epicor ERP10 at various FLSmidth group companies in Europe and South American countries.

Have successfully led the team for implementing Epicor ERP10 at Amazon Papyrus Chemicals, Hyderabad plant.

Have successfully completed the Application Usage and Performance Audit at Customer Site (Yemen Airways – Yemenia) so as to revive and enhance the usage.

Have successfully implemented more than 10 different user required functionality in the Ramco’s M& E application till date.
