JOB FUNCTIONS:

Supervise, coordinate, monitor and control the installation carried out by the contractor.

Follow-up for the Company Health Safety and Environment Policy, procedures, regulations and objectives related to the area of responsibility. Ensure that work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

Carry material inspection in accordance with approved material submittal.

Carry site inspections for installation of works.

Carry regular site visits, inspecting material and installation in line with approved submittal and shop drawing.

Issue regular surveillance reports to the contractor if the materials and installations not found in line with project requirement & contract documents.

Carry and witness all sorts of cold test for the installed services.

Check & verify all as-built drawings as per actual site condition.

Inform project engineer of any deficiency in the materials or installations.

Witness testing & commissioning activities in coordination with Project Engineer.

Carry inspection to closing all the comments and snag list issued.

Keep the logs of material & site inspection updated.

Assist Project Engineer in documentation of final closing of project.

Assist Project Engineer in reviewing and commenting RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals and sample supplied by the Contractor for use in the service and endure their soundness with standards and specifications.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable standards

Inspection of work at site as per drawing and specification.

Review of contractor shop drawings, as-built drawings, Method Statements and materials submittals etc.

Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors

Reporting Progress to the Project Manager/ Construction Manager /QA/QC Manager.

As a NCR Coordinator has to control the status of NCR and analyses NCR/CPAR using Statistical Technique in order to eliminate the root cause of problems

Maintain as built details for the final preparation of the as built drawings.

To attend all Progress Meetings with concerned Project Manager & QA/QC Manager.

Check actual installation on site in cooperation with construction QC in-charge

To prepare, establish, and implement Internal Quality Audit.(ISO 9001Surveillance)

Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.

To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected with consultant and confirm to specified requirement.

Report to the project manager any deficiencies in the operation of quality system and its control.

To coordinate with civil department for the Snags given by Customers and to clear them as soon as possible.

Ensuring preparation of Final Handover Documentation and submissions of quality related documents

6.Worked as “Electrical Engineer” in M/s. CEMCON Construction Company, in Peshawar, Pakistan from March 2004 to June 2007.
