Materials Management & Transportation Manager (Propulsion Systems) · October 2018 – Present

Responsible for the development, motivation, integration, and collaboration between the Supply Chain Management Analyst team (both in Kent and Everett) and the Material Handling group in Kent, across all airplane programs in Propulsion. Manage the procurement of inventory to support all work statements for strut, engine, and auxiliary power units for all twin aisle programs (747/767/777/777X), inventory and part distribution to support engine build up for the 737 Max and P8 programs, and POA inventory support for 787 engines in both the Charleston and Puget Sound Regions. Develops, supports, and acquires resources for streamline execution of projects, processes, and plans that align to operational and business-wide goals and initiatives, provides technical management of the global supply chain, and leads and facilitates individual and team driven process improvements. Engages and cultivates powerful relationships within the team, suppliers, supply chain leaders, customers, stakeholders, peers, human resource generalists, and other business partners and provides direct oversight and accountability of current and changing technical methods, products, and processes.

Supply Chain Management Analyst (PSD) · October 2014 – October 2018
