Control Engineer Intern June 2017 – Aug 2017
Vasudhara Dairy Ltd., Gujarat, India
Learned about the functioning of different instruments which controls temperature, level, flow, pressure, transmitter and controller. Assisted senior design engineer in designing control panel layout and control wiring schemes using AutoCAD.
Studied about PLC ladder logic that is being used in manufacturing of products. ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Theft Detection System/Break-in System using PLC IP 3416
The push button will turn on the theft Detection system with the TCRT 5000 sensor, a blue LED will turn on indicating the alarm system is on. When the light of TCRT 5000 will no longer be blocked by a door, in this case, a human finger; sensor will turn on the alarm, in this case red LED that will alert us. Also created a keypad system on circuit which can turn off the alarm with right press of keys and reset the whole system. Mobile Robot control and potential Fields March 2019- April 2019
Simulated the nonlinear dynamics for a given set of obstacles and front wheel steered robot dynamics, using the concept of potential field navigation to avoid obstacles. Power and Memory Efficient Data logger with wear levelling January 2019 - April 2019
Worked on embedded C and Assembly language environment to develop an embedded system that is capable of periodically measuring sensor data and writing data to flash memory. This is implemented using static wear levelling technique with a focus on memory maintenance and preserving device battery life.
Device was provisioned with a user interface through data exchanged on the virtual COM port for data retrieval and system firmware updates and reconfiguration. SDRAM controller design January 2019 - April 2019
Designed a SDRAM controller that allows MT48LC8M8A2 memory to be interfaced with 80386DX Microprocessor having only asynchronous memory support. Kalman Filter Bank for Failure Detection Oct 2018 – Nov2018
Develop a discrete-time, linear Kalman filter bank with uncorrelated Gaussian Noise to detect the failure. The designed Kalman filter bank can withstand 3 failures and continue operating, but 4th failure would cause significant damage to the system, so it is imperative that the process be stopped upon the third failure and calculate how much time it takes system to identify when a failure happens.
