As a Development Specialist I was held to the highest standard of communication, I was primarily sent to the bottom 10% stores to support, retrain, and fill the staffing needs along with assuming all responsibilities of a full time manager. I have opened over 70 new stores, my role was to accept all insomnia cookies equipment delivery, setup the store in 2-3 days, and get the store through all final inspections. Then train the manager and the staff for the first 5-10 days of the store opening.
