Jobs Responsibility

Studying the complete project scope of works like General condition of contract, Scope of work for Electrical & Technical Specification.

Carrying out site survey to facilitate the process.

Quantity survey based on drawings and preparation of purchase requisition for required materials as per specification.

Ensuring project execution with Quality control procedures is compliance with procedures codes and standards.

Reviewing of Client Electrical Drawings & Documentation such as Equipment plan, data sheets, material requisition, SLD, Electrical Cable Schedule, Electrical Wiring drawing, Electrical circuit drawing, typical installation drawing, lighting drawing, earthing drawing & Specification.

Prepare Material requisition, technical specifications, and technical data sheets.

Preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ), review of technical offers and relevant documents from Vendors.

Prepare and evaluations of Bid tabulation/documentation.

Review of Vendor drawing, Datasheets, schematic.

Planning and preparing of MTO/BOM for Bulk materials as per required specification for executing the projects.

Familiar with area classification & safety procedures and Execute all assigned works according to schedule with safety procedures.

Knowledge of Electrical & Instrument Installation works, Schematic drawings, cable schedules and cable drum schedules, Interconnection schedules, cable routing and layout drawings, cable trench tray layout drawings & Installation standards.

Perform Equipment sizing calculations e.g. Generator, LV Cables.

Preparation of Instrument BOQ from P&ID, piping ISOs, Functional descriptions and related documentation and prepare Instrument schedule, cable schedule, JB schedule, etc.

Supervision of Instrument Installation, Instrument cable laying, conduit Installation, JB Installation, Hook-up Installation, Inspection, loop checking, punch list clearance system sign off, site modification as required, discuss & finalise with clients changes required at site.

Experience in Installation of stanchion & field Instrument as per Approved typical drawing. Knowledge in Installation of field Instrument as Pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, differential pressure transmitter temperature gauge, temperature transmitter, flow transmitter, level transmitter & level gauge.

To make sure approval manpower, equipment, materials & Tools shall be used for executing the complete project works to avoid delay in completion of projects.

Coordination with HSE department to make sure all required safety procedures are approved and all works are following with in safety rules & regulation.

Preparing work permit, Method statement, for job execution and ensure the proper work permit, safety aspects, proper tools & materials are using for execution of works.

Tools box meeting and creating awareness of safety for workers.

After completing the construction works the overall punch list shall be prepared and to close out all before client final walk down.
