Company: Bestindian Process equipments and lining, Tamil Nadu, India Directing Operations including all supply chain, marketing, manufacturing, facilities, quality, Recruitment, continuous improvement, maintenance and company support for Bestindian Process Equipments & Lining, a leading chemical equipments (plastics and FRP) manufacturer for all types of chemical industries including Heavy chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, steel industries, automobile, Textile and water treatment plants.

• Appointed by management to head the operational structure of the company for improving the quality of the products, improving the standard of the workforce and Increasing profits

• Introduced Just in time (JIT) Production methodology for control cost and inventory thereby improving efficiency.

• Design, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of 9 units of FRP Storage tanks, Reactors and formaldehyde scrubbing system for leather chemicals plant in South India

• Designing and product development for Buckingham and Carnatic textile mills – Binny Mill.by manufacturing and supply of dye chemicals storage tanks, Teflon coating on textile rollers, textile receiving bandy-trollies

• Design, manufacture and supply of a MS dust collection unit for a paint manufacturer in a powder emulsion paint manufacturing area.

Position: Field Engineer (June 2014- Sept2014)

Company : Bestindian Process equipments and lining, Tamil Nadu, India Underwent 3-month internship for assisting during a job order for supply of S02 and S03 acid scrubbing system for a pharmaceutical plant.

• Leading a team of workmen in designing and manufacturing of the PP/FRP scrubbing column for a mixture of So2 & So2 gases for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in India

• Introduced Centrix software for the design of the centrifugal blower for the scrubbing system

• Erection commissioning of the same scrubber well before the delivery date at the buyer’s plant Position: Field engineer assistant (June 2013-Sept 2013) Company : Bestindian Process equipments and lining, Tamil Nadu, India Underwent 3 month internship for a chemical equipments manufacturer and worked as a field engineer assistant during a job order for supply of Reactors for a specialty chemical project at Cuddalore
