CLIENT: OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION COMPANY (ONGC) PROJECT LOCATION: JORHAT, ASSAM.

COMPANY: TUV INDIA PVT LTD.

DURATION: From Jan 2020 to till now.

POSITION: THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR/QC CIVILENGINEER.

PROJECT DETAILS:

The scope of the project was establishing a double storied LABORATORY BUILDING comprises of a total area of 1800 m

with a total project cost of 15 Crores, which intended for testing of various petroleum related products.

Working as a QC Engineer in the project and ensuring utmost quality practices were followed at site without deviation from the given FQAP at any circumstances.

Observing the project scope, contract, time schedule and working according to the local prevailing conditions.

Prepares BOQ and estimating the costs according to the current market conditions and cross verify the bills claimed from the contractor and stakeholders.

Coordinates with the clients and getting approval from the estimation head from the client side. Conducts regular internal meetings to ensure the project quality standards and cost flow in constant manner and interpreting the results.

Preparing estimates, price break down and cost proposals and cross verify the values along with the course of the project.

POSITION: QC CIVILENGINEER.

PROJECT DETAILS:

The scope of the project was establishing M 60 grade RCC wind mill towers. Each tower was about 120 meters height and comprises of pre-fabricated RCC sections of different profiles.

Working as an Estimation/QC Engineer in the concrete tower factory for quantity surveying in building projects, concrete works, onsite fabrication, reinforcements inspection, concrete pouring, finishing and repairing of concrete sections.

Observing the project scope, contract, time schedule and working according to the local prevailing conditions.

Prepares BOQ and estimating the costs according to the current market conditions.

Coordinates with the clients and getting approval from the estimation head from the client side. Conducts regular internal meetings to ensure the project and cost flow in constant manner and interpreting the results.

Preparing estimates, price break down and cost proposals for upcoming projects and checking the final bills submitted to the client.
