Coil Line Area:

Winding primary wires for Helical and Spherical coils using to their specific mandrell

DPU Sub- Assembly Area:

Performing green tubing. Winding tip coils, heating, cleaning (using 100% IPA’s through Ultrasonic Bath) and cutting the tip coils.

DPU Line Area: Performing proximal hypo tube, lamination,and cut away. Trained some new hire assemblers. Sometimes a flowter, assigned me either in Sub-assembly or in Final line area.

●Build Company products safely.

● Check expiration dates for tools, materials and chemicals.

● Accurately and efficiently using tools and materials like microscope, tweezers, snap gauge, heat box, soldering iron, scissors, double and single blades, rulers, clip alligators, safety glass, wire cutters, EFD Dispenser, Tappi Chart, and testing like resistance and Hi pot test.

● Complete and sign the necessary documents such as DHR’s and daily productivity.

●Perform in process inspection.

Load ECB/CCB cables on card.

●Segregate, label, and record rejected units and materials.
