This new modem was causing our Meraki Security appliance to shut down intermittently it was causing major network outages. After a few weeks of going back & forth with our ISP & Cisco about the issue, using my own troubleshooting methods I was able to pin point the issue back to the modem. The modem needed a firmware update, but the ISP said it was all up to date & I couldn't go in and bypass their settings to push the update. After a few weeks I finally was able to get into agreement with our ISP to send us a different modeled modem. Upon install the issue was resolved as soon the modem was replaced.
