Testing and Troubleshooting the Units of SERVO DRIVE CONTROL SYSTEM

I have specialized in the testing of Defense Projects and also involved in the TESTING and TROUBLESHOOTING of PCB’s and units.

I have gained experience in testing systems and PCB’s as per Acceptance Test Procedures.

Studied how to Analyze and troubleshoot failures using wiring diagrams and schematic diagrams.

I have gained experience in the Test of Equipment used for PCB by testing of digital board, Analog and Isolation test(Insulation resistant and Die electric)

I have familiar with various reliability tests like ESS (Climatic Chambers, Vibration Machine and Bump Machine) tests for defense equipment.

I have been actively involved in offering the tested units (Class 'C’) to our customer inspection agencies like HVF (Heavy Vehicle Factory) and senior Quality Assurance Establishment [SQAE (L)].

I worked in SAP for various transactions involved in Testing and Quality process

Knowledge in maintaining documents as per AS9001 Quality standard and actively involved in 5S programs and activities.
