• Monitors HR and payroll processes and controls on SAP and

Workday, confirms master data, time & payroll data completeness, organizational management, runs payroll and control results and ensures all are processed in accordance with agreed procedure, company policy and legislative requirements.

• Provide support to the clients through phone and tickets regarding their issues on the payroll system.

• Performs and creates ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed. Reviews, tabulates and analyzes data through a variety of operational and production reports using existing tools. Examining data recognizing deviations and trends to share with the business that includes KPI, SLA, and Metrics reporting.
