Attended workshop on the implementation of MaxCare, a managed healthcare system from Magnus Software, Atlanta, GA written in COBOL/400. Customized system by creating and modifying programs, files, processes and procedures. Set up and conducted comprehensive workshops for clients. Participated in the development of Insurance Manager, a total solution insurance system used by several companies and a network of brokers. Led development of the monthly renewal sub-system, utilizing RPG IV/ILE on an AS/400 RISC by creating, testing and implementing new programs.

Developed a claims reimbursement system for insurers and retailers, utilizing Construct, Adabas, and Natural on an IBM 3090 Mainframe.
