Dear TechnoGen team,

As a lifelong researcher, I was delighted to see your posting for the position of Data Analyst. I am positive and can help with your upcoming challenges.

Let me briefly introduce myself.

I’m leading the data science team of one of the biggest Retailers in the USA with approx. 10K stores. Being in this role I have supervised all phases of the Demand Forecasting process, both technical and creative. Last year, one of the key challenges was to model and implement 8 types of promotions to improve forecast accuracy. Introducing of all these new features improved MAPE error (forecast accuracy metric) by 36.7% for 35 of 202 categories. What is more, our team improved forecast accuracy by 61.3% since 2016!

Along with that, I love to build informative and beautiful visualizations for monitoring business KPIs, forecast accuracy, analyze user’s behavior, promotions’ impact, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition, etc.

My goal is to save and make money for our client using data and I’m on this journey for more than 6 years (including 3,5 years of remote work). So I would love to leverage my knowledge of predictive modeling and analytics in your company.
