I have more than 10 years of experience in designing of cast parts for engine supports, brackets for front end accessory drives and exhaust manifolds while working in Caterpillar. Also, have experience in designing sheet metal parts for Clean Emissions Module for after treatment and emission systems. I have worked in NPI & CPI projects and have good knowledge of GD&T.

Have good communication skills to discuss with other departments and understand the requirements of design and to find an optimum design solution. Have designed parts and assemblies and coordinated with the analysis team. Have had discussions with suppliers to understand their capabilities and finalize a reliable design in a cost-effective manner. Presented concepts in design review meetings. Prepared critical characteristic matrix measurement plan for the final measurements prior to releasing the module to the customer. Also, successfully completed several projects in tight schedules.

As I have worked in Caterpillar, I believe that I will be a good fit in this position. I have an expertise in Creo and Team center and have worked in large assemblies. Have also carried out analysis in Creo Simulate and have an understanding of the work carried out by FEA team. I have good work ethics, hardworking and a team player. Have very good organizational skills and have lead a team of design engineers.
