More than 20 years of experience in Middle East Dubai, and Sultanate of Oman, Canada, and Sri Lanka. I have extensive experience in project Estimating, cost control to assist Senior Estimator, Estimating manager for complex multi-billion Oii & Gas refinery projects in Middle East, Hydro generation projects with Manitoba Hydro.

Accomplished projects from initial cost planing to project final account for Oil & Gas projects, Road and bridges, Tunnels, Metro interface and Light rail transit and infrastructure, universities, schools, medical centers, hospitals, multi-level office towers, shopping malls, hotel resorts with Spa & casinos, theme parks with hotels, marines structures jetties, warehouse with storage facilities, mixed-use buildings

Proven track records of successful working relations with estimating managers and senior estimators and project managers and other team members for the timely delivery of the final estimates, tender submissions, RFP’s for the various conventional, precast, steel buildings projects with procurement arrangement methods such as EPC, Bid - Build, Design-Build, P3, Boot,Construction Management and IPD

I have manage historical data for tender pricing in Hanscomb Winnipeg and the same system has been initiated in AWC Builders to the manager and develop pricing date for future tender pricing

I have accomplished estimates in complex projects coordinating and mentoring other junior team members of estimators with coaching and mentoring, such as determining the tender project scopes, tender queries, trade pricing and clarifications for irregularity, quantification, pricing general conditions, seasonal basis labor, materials, equipment's, overheads and contractors fee as per the method of constructions and effectively manage the team with evolving workload with moving targets

I have also prepared a preliminary construction schedule based on operational experience with a particular project type with resource loaded basis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft project program

Past 15 years, I had price various project that involved value engineering, fast phase the project completion with precast constructions, proposing locally source materials to mitigate risk of delays

Manage and lead a meeting for estimating production, set deliverable, weekly production strategies, priorities, team building to enhance the team culture and performance

Update and assessed trade partners, based on the last five years audited financial viability and required manpower and types of equipment with expertise buildability knowledge

Expert in working with Canadian and international forms of contracts such as FIDIC forms of Contracts, CCDC, CESMM-3, NEC-3, Lump-sum, Design & Build, Design & Manage PFI’s, and PPP’s

Expert in working with P6 program to estimating software: Bid2Win, Accubid, OST, Causeway, Candy, and related cost monitoring ERP systems. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle-based programs

“Cost Plus fixed percentage fee” basis, project value AED 1.6 Billion. In this project, I have been involved all commercial and Contractual matters, managed 21 major nominated subcontractors which include major interior fit-out packages of AED 270 Million and FF&E and OSE package, MEP package of AED 225 Million
