A Graduate Mechanical Engineering candidate (2015 batch) and now working as an Industrial Engineer, Previously I am associate with production engineering field and totally having 4 years of experience.

Implementing the line balancing concepts for productivity improvements and manpower planning based on demand.

Finding and Reducing the NSW activities through time study

Exposure in productivity and process improvement, Cost reduction, Manpower optimization / Reduction through time study

Preparing and updating the process in Standard operating procedure and Setup sheet for each and every process.
