JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

In-charge for current project Linked bridge area for the installation of Unitized glass panel,Steel beam, runner/bracket, fascia and soffit panels

Maintain all the erected scaffoldings, materials, tools and PPE equipped with the proper ties and valid taglines

Monitor & maintain and all the road and infrastructure activities within the factory and site premises

Responsible for the Equipment, I-beam, I-bolt, scaffoldings structure assessments and inspections before and after acquiring for the 3rd party certification.

Closed supervision of all working personnel with in the linked bridge particularly inside the knitting system premises.

Carry-out all Safety permitting system and approval

Conduct safety induction, Toolbox talk and ensure that the task briefing carried-out to all respective workplace in the site.

Responsible for the issuance of violation slip to all personnel that are not following the safety rule particularly in the linked bridge area.

HSE Documents: Review & prepare HSE plans, Risk assessments and HSE parameters check sheets during Audits.

In-charge for all the DM personnels, client and main contractor NC’s and close-out report

Trainings: Request and Provide appropriate trainings for Company Employees/Supervisors

Investigating and Reports: Conduct accidents/incidents investigations, duly record in formats and propose and advice corrective and preventive measures to all concerns.

Certification: Update and request all the equipment and workers certifications prior to DM rules and regulations.

Crisis Management: To act in emergencies, following the emergency procedure, evaluating the intensity of it and responding timely to resolve the crisis.

Review, advice and develop the HSE plan, policies, procedures & risk assessments

Make sure that all HSE related documents are maintained up to date.

Responsible for the revision of official HSE plan & seek the approval of the client

Keeping the HSE plan effectively implemented, observe and measure to achieve est. goals.

Relevant standards & procedures should be provided to all concerned tasked to monitor and assess the performance of HSE plan.

Encourage all employees to actively participate in the improvement of HSE plan

Make sure that all employees received sufficient information, instruction, trainings and supervision for the best result of HSE plan implementation.

Review Emergency procedures and update if necessary after every emergency drills.

Review the accident/incident reports, provide and suggest immediate corrective and preventive actions.

Manage HSE Audits to monitor the effectiveness of HSE system.

Ensure the Risk Assessments are available and Job Safety Analysis is carried-out regularly.

Organize the periodic meetings to review the HSE plan, related subjects and the effectiveness.

Design HSE flyers, signage, leaflets and handbooks for distribution or posting to generate the HSE awareness within the project and site premises.

Contribute and suggest ideas that can make the work easily, effectively and most of all safety of each operatives doing their daily activities.

Attend the HSE scheduled weekly meeting set by the main contractor & client.

Direct report to the Department heads pertaining to HSE related matters and concerns.
