SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER US Army 2013 – 2019

•Responsible for the training, discipline, health, welfare and tactical deployment of 10-20 individuals in support of combat operations.

•Maintained 3-6 military vehicles, singed and responsible for the equipment valued in excess of 1 million dollars.

•Managed, counseled and mentored over 700 employees on the study of communication, individual and group behavior, and aspects of power and discrimination.

SECURITY OPERATIONS US Army 2009 – 2012

•Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of Brigade level tactical operations center, signed for and responsible for 7 vehicles and equipment valued in excess of 3 million dollars.

•Public Cloud-Based Network - Successfully deployed a 3-tier public cloud-based network within AWS and Digital Ocean, using HAproxy as a front-end load balancer, multiple Apache backend servers running MySQL database.

•DISA STIG System Hardening - Developed an Ansible script to fully automate DISA STIG implementation on multiple Linux servers including WordPress on Digital Ocean network.

•Scripting - Developed multiple Ansible scripts to automate the deployment of multiple Linux servers on AWS and Digital Ocean cloud service platforms.

•System Performance Monitoring - Initiated stress tests and created alerts for server status and failures. The tests were conducted using Zabbix, Monitis and SolarWinds on Windows and Linux servers.
