QUALIFICATION – M.D FORENSIC MEDICINE from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad (2005-2008) during united Andhra Pradesh State. M.B.B.S from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (1996-2002).

Both are MCI recognized Government Medical Colleges and belongs to NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, during united Andhra Pradesh State.

PRESENT DESIGNATION – Though I am eligible for Professor Promotion with effect from 12 May 2018, I am working as Associate Professor till date as the Professor post in my working college is not vacant.

Current Salary – As a full time Associate Professor in Forensic Medicine Department, receiving a gross salary of Rs.1,77,000/month. Pay slip attached.

Requirements – Three months notice period has to be served in current working medical college. Resignation with three months notice period will be applied on 26 March 2020.

Following terms and conditions are to be written on the appointment order

Should be promoted to Professor post on the day of joining with a salary of Rs.2,25,000/month (two lakhs twenty five thousand only).

Date of joining on or before 01/07/2020

Rent free family quarters accommodation should be provided in the campus itself.

Following Leaves should be granted which can be availed from the day of the joining –

1)Casual Leaves: 12/Year

2)Sick Leaves: 12/Year

3)Special Leaves: 15/Year (For examinership & conferences)

4)Second Saturday of Every Month – Off Duty

5)All Sundays – Holiday

6)Earned Leaves: 15/Year (After completion of one year of service)

7)Public Holidays: As decided by management
