RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Experience in multidiscipline project. Co-ordination with Client, Engineering Consultants, Sub-contractors, Vendors and other departments. Attending progress meetings.

Take over the site from the client and organize for the mobilization of site.

Co-Ordinate with planning Engineer for the preparation of detailed schedule of the project. Prepare the Manpower and Equipment requirement schedule of the project.

Preparation of method statements, to ensure availability of site staff to perform the works as per the program.

Responsibilities include preparation and review of drawings for correctness and clarity of information.

Coordination with other disciplines to ensure smooth running of the projects.

Review the drawings and specifications to verify with contractual obligations.

Reporting to Technical Manager for overall compliance with company policies and procedures and to Operations Manager for day-to-day management of projects.

Detail study of Drawings, Specification and B.O.Q.

Calculations of material quantities.

Preparing Variations as and when needed and Preliminary estimating.
