● Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Lead P&L review and monthly presentation of financial performance to senior leadership team for the unit with $260MM annual revenue. Built dynamic revenue to metrics model to support financial insights with trends and KPIs;

● Trained and managed a team of 6 financial analysts onsite and remotely. Set objectives for the team and designed framework for goals to be met;

● Supervised FP&A and financial operations that helped take the organization from $50MM to

$300MM in revenue, followed by company’s sale and IPO;

● Built payment reconciliation system for the full cycle starting from transaction appearing in the toll road statement, going through a payment gateway, credit card processor, bank statement to the client invoice. The reconciliation eliminated revenue losses up to $3MM per year;

● Partnered with the accounting team to build month end closing procedures after the company's acquisition and transition to GAAP accrual-basis accounting. Supported the team with month end book closing, audit and SOX compliance requests;

● Using SQL and Power BI tools built a reporting system and dashboards with key performance metrics to monitor daily collection level, decline and chargebacks ratio, product adoption and device saturation;

● Liaised with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders to work on proposals within US and European markets. Build pricing model to predict customer behavior for all-inclusive geographically sensitive product; after execution, the project resulted in incremental annual net revenue of $10MM;
