Scope of Work:-

• Precast 500 unit (200 Ground + 6 Apartment) + (300 G+1 Villas)

• Ancillary building (Masjid, Shopping Center, School, Clinic, Civil Defense building & Kindergarten building).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise in Erection and Installation Team of panels & HCS.

• Coordination with Site management and planning/ organization.

• Follow up Construction activities.

• Inspect buildings and structures in the process of construction or repair for compliance with all requirements.

• Maintain a checklist of equipment’s up to dated. Equipment’s include Forklift, Boom truck, cranes, Trailer,

• Quality control & free defect inspections

• Raise /respond to RFI & raise noncompliance items.

• Work in line with progress and contract program.

• Conduct toolbox talks with civil workers to promote quality

• Giving the target to Forman as per Management requirement

• Responsible RCC works and finishing activities as per Approved drawing

• Coordination with senior Engineer and QC.

• Supervision of work as per drawing and specification.

• Distribution of manpower and assign the work as per target.

• Daily progress report as per company format.

• Planning material and resource required on day to day basis.

• Check the shuttering for and reinforcement as per drawing.
