Roles and Responsibilities:

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd. (Saudi Aramco CRPO-27)

Carry Out inspection along with SAPID and clear Punch list.

Assist to preparation of bill of materials as per scope of work given in the tender documents.

Execute the work as per the approved drawings of Electrical & Instrumentation (Single line diagram, functional block diagram, Instrument layout drawing) related work at offshore.)

Performing commissioning activities for ICCP, UPS, Switchrack, C&H, Lighting system as per Saudi Aramco standards.

Visited China for development of Z71 Machine at India & successfully commissioned & streamlined the entire manufacturing line for Z71 machine.

Analyze and improve defects on the line.

Analysis of Engineering BOM and accordingly plan the production activity for the machine.

Co-ordinate with HQ in Korea regarding urgent material requirement at site during installation.

Participate in Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) along with client at factory and vendor’s premises

Obtaining clients comment on all electrical system drawings for any change & If so providing justification to the same against scope of work.

Participation in Control Part hardware configuration discussion & project review meetings with technical queries and scope clarification.

Review & analysis the customer comments wrt to process requirement, tender requirement & commercial impact.

Review Technical User’s Manuals, when needed, to ensure correct equipment specifications, setup and operational instructions.

Sound Knowledge of Electrical Equipment drawings (VFD, Control Panel, Distribution Board, Cabling etc.) & Instrumentation & Control drawings/documents (PLC, Field instruments, UPS, Communications between Equipment to PLC, I/O list, JB, cable schedules etc.)

Ensure that Project Procedure, Project Execution Plan, Project Quality Plans, Construction Co-ordination Procedure, etc. are issued on time.

Worked on PLC system hardware, engineering & Architecture. Able to read & understand GA, Layouts, Installation drawings etc.
