HERTZ: Data Platform (April’19-Jan’20):

Data platform project involves Merging of already existing source system into one single source which can be used for Reporting and applying Real time analytics. Data from different source systems are being extracted and loaded in to one single layer.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Coordinating with Onsite counterpart to gather business requirements, carrying out effort estimation.

•Designing and developing ETL workflows for data cleansing and loading to the database for downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter.

•Creating Tableau dashboards as per the business requirements.

•Unit Testing and Optimization of the ETL components developed.

•Managing a Team of 5 to effectively complete the tasks in tight timelines and maintaining the quality of client deliverables.

BCBS State of Nebraska: ACE Extract (JUNE’18-MARCH’19):

ACE extract project involved Migration of existing data platform to next generation integrated core administration platform. All existing source are being merged into one single layer, and therefore all the existing mappings are being redesigned to use this data source. After loading data and generating extracts, reports are being created as per the Client’s specific request.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Collect requirements from Onsite counterpart and estimating effort.

•Designing and developing complex Informatica and Tableau dashboard for data visualization.

•Creating Profile and Scorecards using Informatica Data Quality by implementing Business rules to identify and rectify data quality issue.

ANTHEM: STRATEGIC PROVIDER SYSTEM (APR’17- APR’18):

The SPS project involves consolidation of multiple regional systems into one single global system for maintaining provider related data. As part of Data Movement team, I was involved in one-time migration of data from existing systems to the new system via Informatica ETL applications.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand pre-designed healthcare-specific target data models, metadata layer and data marts and ETL processes.

Lead and mentor a team of junior ETL developers and oversee daily updates to ensure development activities are on schedule

Conduct deep-dive problem analysis in technical issues and implementing Reference Data model.

Work directly with Modelers/Architects/DBA on data modeling, schema design, SQL query tuning; and the application of data-related business rules while assisting in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.

CLIENTS SERVED FOR CAPGEMINI PVT LTD:-

ABSA: Go-AML (AUG’16- MAR’17):

This project helped the client in identifying Money Laundering and preventing any possible fraud. Data from different source system like Transactions, Cards, and Customers is extracted, cleansed and loaded into different layers. ETL job is triggered which generates report listing all the data and transactions associated to each bank of the group on daily basis on certain defined conditions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designing and developing Informatica workflows and B2B Data transformation code for data cleansing and loading to the database for reporting use.

Designing the flow of job runs for Tivoli scheduler.

Creating Unix shell scripts to trigger the DT code and handling other requirements.

Testing of components at different phases of project.

Creating project related documents such as DLD, WSR, Change & Issue Logs.

Coordinating with Environment team for deployment of components.

HUMANA IFM-CSD (JAN’15- JUL’16):

This project involved development of Informatica mappings and SQL scripts to manage all finance data and transfer to different downstream teams like billing and reporting. Design and development of different processes in Scheduling tool $Universe using UNIX scripts.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designed and developed various ETL processes as per the business requirements.

Working as a developer on Informatica, SQL & UNIX technologies.

Responsible for coordinating with Client on project requirement clarifications.

Responsible for implementing Change Requests as per the new requirements of Client.

Designed a complete flow for scheduling of tasks through $Universe scheduling tool using UNIX scripting

AE-BI (MAR’13-DEC’14):

This project was to migrate Informatica mappings in to SQL extract to achieve better performance. Enhancement & Support provided to existing Informatica mappings for enrollment data transfer flow on daily basis with XML file as source.
