AT THE SAME TIME I REMOTELY HELPED AN NGO (NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS) IN EAST AFRICA IN DESIGNING, ACQUISITION, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAMLL TO MEDIUM NETWORKS.

THIS WAS THE RESULT OF THE OC-192 (10 GB ) PIPEOCIR THAT WAS LAID RECENTLY AROUND THE AFRICAN COAST.
