Available spectral library search algorithms produce many false positives, which must be manually reviewed. Additionally, massive data makes the non - targeted analysis tedious and predisposed to human errors.

● Proposed and developed a bioinformatics analysis pipeline called CINeMA using python.

● Developed an algorithm based and a machine learning model in python to classify the quality of spectral matches.
