One of 3 Storage Administrators which are responsible for the primary24x7x365 support, maintenance and upgrade of system storage software and products on the zOS mainframe SYSPLEX platform. Having to implement updates to improve the capability of performing backups and recovery which is important for business-critical Production, Test and Development application systems environment. These include but are not limited to REWARDS, OneYield, MarrPay, CTAC, MRDW and MMRS systems.

Senior Infrastructure Analyst z/OS Mainframe

Provided technical support to research and analyze storage requirements for the application users for their day to day projects.

Updated and resolved many SMS ACS routines errors which include allocated datasets to incorrect Storage Classes, Management Classes or Storage Groups.

Created new documentation to guide and understand ways to troubleshoot problems which may occur during DF/SMShsm AUDITS or in the command, backup, and migration logs.

Aided in implementing and customizing of storage product BMC STOPX 37 into the test/development and production LPAR environments.
