• Prepare a quantity sheet of damaged and remaining material finishing works required to proceed with the procurement department.
• Supervision over dismantling defected items, fix and install all interior finishes works.
• Prepare drawings, specs and BOQ Packages for Suppliers & Subcontractors and send inquiries.
• Prepare a method of statements for finishing works.
• Supporting façade works and Ensure all access provided to façade contractor.
• Rising clearance for MEP department and following.
