Role: Risk Implementation Manager

Description: Risk Infrastructure Team help Citibanamex in implementing Risk strategies. There are several Dev teams support different technologies namely FICO Blaze Advisor, SAS, SharePoint and Testing.

Responsibilities:

•Lead architect for the FICO Blaze Advisor Coding team and help in reengineer/migrate to upgrade Credit Decision Engine (CDE) system.

•Responsible for managing teams assigned to a specific initiative or program, there are multiple dev teams support different technical and functional needs of the customer.

•Managed project scope by developing work breakdown structure for major milestones and critical path tasks for meeting project deadlines and producing deliverables.

•Produced monthly project forecast to ensure defined scope was delivered and managed to timelines; communicated project status to management and project stake holders.

•Led the team to adopt the Agile process to improve project quality and schedule.

•Facilitate training session on Agile process, technical and functional aspect of the project need, to enable team to be cross-functional.

•Manages hiring, onboarding of new resources end-to-end.

Role: System Analyst, Decision Engine

Description: Risk Rules team which uses FICO Blaze Advisor RMA to develop a rule-based system to implement the rules and fraud policies for Money Transfer.

Responsibilities:

•To enable WU’s vision to the global leader in cross-currency, cross-border money movement, continuing to meet consumer and business needs as they develop.

•Working to create robust rule-driven platform to mitigate/eliminate the money laundering/fraud or other illegal financial transactions.

•Focusing on eliminating frauds by analyzing historical trends.

•Working on new vendor integration and implementation (End to End).

•Focusing on Country/Product Launches for Mobile Application and Web platform.

•Strategy Creation of implementation of new rules for specific Product/Vendor/Launch.

Description: Citi Retail - CitiRules System which uses FICO Blaze Advisor to develop a rule-based system to implement the Lending policies.

Responsibilities:

•Lead the development of the Citi’s new Custom Score Model for lending

•Maintaining different lending policies which involved Prescreening, Disasters, Debt Burden, Scoring, MLA, KYC using FICO Blaze Advisor in Citi Lending Business

•To work on all the above business module, I have been using different metaphors provided FICO Blaze Advisor engine such as Rules, Ruleset, Decision Table, Decision Tree, Score Sheet, Function, Event Rules etc.

•Unit Test newly developed code using IDE and Mainframe – IBM HoD

•Code Review and deploy new changes into UAT/Production using IBM BuildForge

•Support Production deployment and validation

•Created new code design template and has developed few best practices for Process Improvement

•Developed few batch scripts to aid the development effort

Client: Citi Cards, Jacksonville, USA Duration: Nov‘14 – May’17

Role: Sr. Developer (TCS Associate)

Description: Citi Cards - Credit Decision System which uses FICO Capstone Decision Manager to develop a rule-based system to implement the Credit and Fraud policies. It also includes interfacing with different 3rd party vendor which helps in Credit Decision. Development of PL/SQL report as feed to downstream data warehouse system for analytics.

Responsibilities:

•Worked as the development lead of CDS team for the recent Citi-Costco collaboration.

•Maintaining different credit policies which involved Prescreening, Disasters, Debt Burden and Bankruptcies, Scoring using Capstone/DSS in Card Acquisition Business

•To work on all the above business module, I have been using different features provided FICO Capstone engine such as Rulebases, Decision Process, Status, External Function call, Event etc.

•Supporting migration project from FICO Capstone to FICO Blaze Advisor
