As a JCO/YDC 5, I have continued to provide youth inmates with a positive role model for the development of the youths' personal and professional behaviors. I have received yearly training for the safe handling of youth inmates and have utilized this training to maintain order and safety for all assignments. I continue to be vigilant and meticulous about record keeping and the daily documentation on each inmate in my care each day. I possess great organizational skills.
