JOB DESCRIPTION:

To look after all development activities of automotive sheet metal parts i.e. selection of parts for localization according to vendor capabilities, parts / fixtures designing & development using drawing software’s i.e. AutoCAD & Solid Edge.

Working as a Manager-Production in Peoples Steel Mills Ltd. from 24th of June 2008 up till date (Production in charge of Re-Melting Unit).

Health & Safety/Disaster Management in charge of Re-Melting Unit. Also deals with ERP & ISO matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage and control all activities in Re-Melting shop consists of 7MT Vacuum Induction Melting, 35MT / 7MT Electro-Slag Re-melting plants, 7MT Vacuum Arc Re-melting, annealing furnaces, MIG/Arc Welding & Cutting equipment’s) as an in-charge production.

Also worked in melt-shop as a shift in charge for almost 5 years i.e. Scrap selection - Melting in Electric Arc Furnace - Alloying at Ladle Furnace - Vacuum Degassing - Casting at Continuous Caster & Ingot Caster.

In parallel, deals with ERP & ISO Certification matters of Shop. Also conducted H&S Inspection Survey of all section/shops of the Company as a Head of Health & Safety Inspection Team.
