Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of working.

Responsible on the implementation for all work activities as per approved construction drawings of all assigned site areas.

Perform liaison duties with client and consultant.

Prepare manpower schedule, equipment / materials requirement schedule and coordinating between main contractor and consultant representative involved in the project.

Review and final preparation of Rebar schedule as per approved drawings and International codes and standards.

Validation of Contractor progress payment applications and ensuring payments are in accordance with Contract terms and Conditions.
