Designed and constructed small scale Enzyme Cell Settler for determining how to improve efficiency of a filtration system used in drug manufacturing.
Extracted multiple bead samples hourly, and operated cell counter to calculate density of beads upstream and downstream (substituted beads for cells during project).
Executed 6 filter trials to quantify the optimal filter combination for full-scale manufacturing. Presented project summary results to management.
